The Do's & Don'ts
Rules & Regulations
- These vehicles are powered by batteries, therefore DO NOT drive through standing water, this means puddles in the road.
- IF this happens you could become a crispy chicken nugget and/or fry the vehicle as well
- DO NOT run cart on low voltage (under 35%).
- DO NOT tow OR push golf cart for any reason.
- Report any malfunctions to GG's Rentals, LLC immediately
- Remove key from vehicle when not in use.
- Renter must leave valid credit card information on file and if damages occur the card will be charged.
- All charges are subject to final inspection of cart upon return. Any damages, including late fees, will be charged to credit card left on file.
- Vehicle must be returned by 10 am on last day of rental, fully charged. OR late fees will occur fees will occur up to the amount of the vehicles value.
Battery Information
- Charge the battery when at 50% or lower
- Allow up to 8-12 hours for the cart to fully charge (99-100%)
- On a full charge, our 6 Passenger Lithium Powered Cart can travel approximately 50 miles; 4 Passenger approximately 40 miles

How to Charge Your Cart's Battery
- Plug the power cord on the charger into a 3 prong, 110 outlet
- Extension cord will also be provided
- Please ensure your rental property has appropriate access an electrical outlet to charge the vehicle
How to tell if your Bintelli Golf Cart Lithium Battery is actively charging
Help/Support
- Make sure all cords are completely plugged in and secure.
- Wiggle the cord like you would a cell phone charger
- Make sure the receptacle is working and has power running to it.
- Check the breaker box
- The breaker could be tripped.
Failure to to follow the above instructions could result in serious cart damage. Specifically the possibility of burning up both the engine and the controller. That repair damage is estimated at a minimum of $2,000 in which you will be held responsible for. Failure to follow all of the guidelines, could result in damages to the cart and the monetary responsibility of any and all repair costs to the lessee

Call during business hours to place your reservation and pay the non-refundable deposit over the phone.
**Please Note: Renter and all LSV operators, MUST be 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license and be able to provide proof of active car insurance**
Reservation Process Details
Have the following information on hand when reserving your rental over the phone:
- $50 Non-Refundable Deposit
- First & Last Name
- Cell Phone Number
- For confirmations & reminders, etc.
- Email Address
- For paperwork, etc.
- Beginning & End Date of rental period
- Passenger Load (4 or 6 Passenger)
- State Issued Driver’s License
- Non-Expired Proof of Car Insurance
- Credit Card Number to keep on file for incidentals & to pay the non-refundable deposit
Rental Agreement & Remaining Balance
The Rental Agreement and remaining balance will be completed at the time of the Rental Pick Up.
Picking Up & Returning the Cart
Pick Up:
- Lessee(s) will pick up their cart(s) on the first day of their rental period,
- Please Note: Your pick up day &/or time may differ dependent on that season’s respective operating hours.
Return:
- Lessee(s) will return their cart(s) on the last day of the rental period prior to 10am
- Keys should be turned in to the drop box on the front of the shop porch by the front door
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellation:
- All deposits are non-refundable. Period. End of Story.
- If cancelled between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights, less the deposit.
- If cancellation occurs after that, no refund will be given.
No Show (No notice):
- Failure to show for a rental reservation will automatically result in the reservation being cancelled and any funds collected will not be returned.
Rental FAQ's
Do I need to purchase a parking pass?
At this time (1/3/2024), parking passes are not available for purchasing. We will update accordingly.
What is a "Town Parking Permit/Resident Parking?"
As provided by the Town of OKI’s website, “Town Parking Permits are available exclusively for Town residents & property owners. They allow for parking in specially marked Town Parking spaces, as well as regular Paid Parking spaces, during the enforcement times.
PLEASE NOTE:
Residents & property owners are allowed up to three (3) Town Parking Permits per property owned.
Verification is provided through the property’s Water Utilities Account Number. Residents of larger apartment complexes, condos, or owners of undeveloped property without utility service, will need to contact their property manager or Otto Connect directly to be issued a unique customer code, which can be used instead of the utilities account number.
Town Parking Permits can be purchased at any time throughout the year, and are not limited to a specific purchase option or time.”

What is the difference in the Standard 6 Passenger & the Upgraded 6 Passenger?
Our Standard 6 Passenger Cart is older and equipped with a standard lead acid battery. The battery range is +/- 20-25 miles.
Our Upgraded 6 Passenger is a Brand New 2023 Bintelli Beyond! This vehicle is equipped with one of the biggest Lithium Battery Packs on the Market! Enjoy the extended battery range of +/- 70 miles !
Do the Carts come with a chair rack?
Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with a chair rack on the back of the cart. The chair rack makes hauling your beach necessities a breeze!

At the yellow bumpers that have the parking sign with the QR Code.
